The Covid-19 pandemic has been under international and national discussion for the past seven months. It is recorded that 30 million people in the world have been infected with Covid-19, of which 951 thousand people have died. In addition to the health impacts, economic impacts, social and political impacts from the existence of a domino effect, these effects arise from the results of the government’s efforts to overcome and prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
According to Prof. Dr. Anna, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) can prevent the transmission of Covid-19 but harm hampering interactions and transactions. So that it has a direct effect on the decline in the world economy.
“Until here we are aware together that the issue of the Covid-19 pandemic is no longer a health issue which is homework for doctors, health workers, health experts, but has also become homework for the policies of legal experts, health experts, economists, and social anthropologists. Health and economy are fundamental rights for every human being in the world. For the sake of realizing and protecting these fundamentals, the law is used to protect values into law. ” said the Professor of FHUI, Prof. Dr. Anna Erliyana
