Luther Lie Won 3rd Winner of The Most Outstanding Student at Universitas Indonesia for Undergraduate Level
Luther Lie was elected as the 3rd Winner of the Most Outstanding Student for Undergraduate Level and The Second Best of Social Sciences and Humanities Program in the selection of the Most Outstanding Student Universitas Indonesia (UI) 2018 in the UI Student Achievement Appreciation Event 2018 at UI Campus, Depok, on Friday (6/4).
Lie was selected after competing with 15 other students from all undergraduate and vocational programs at UI. The fifteen finalists were Darwin Yunaidy (FKG), Natasia Winoto (FKM), Shedy Maharani (FIK), Natasha Laurentia (F.Farmasi), Ibrahim (Fasilkom), Dhita Mutiara Nabella (FMIPA), Faza Fakiha Taqwa (FT) Luther Lie (FH), Evitha Martha Dewi (FEB), Rachel Diercie Dwyarie (FIB), Shierlen Octavia (F.Psi), Carina Putri Paramitha (FIA), and Yunindita Prasidya (FISIP).
Besides giving awards for UI’s Most Outstanding students, awards were also given in other categories, namely: Best English category achieved by Rachel Diercie Dwyarie (FIB). The next category of the Best CV was Evitha Martha Dewi (FEB), while the Best Social-Humanity Group was achieved by Evitha Martha Dewi (FEB), and the best science and technology group was Ibrahim (Fasilkom).
With the theme of “Sustainable Development Goals”, UI Most Outstanding Student 2018 Selection (Mahasiswa Berprestasi—Mapres) also gave appreciation and recognition to UI students who excel in the field of reasoning (Science Olympiad, Social Scientific Work, etc.), Sports (Badminton, Softball, Riding, etc.), Art (Marching Band, Choir, Traditional Dance and Modern Dance) and Culture.
Events of Student Achievement Appreciation UI 2018 is expected to appreciate the achievement of students and continue to inspire UI students to perform positive activities in the campus and the community both academic and non-academic.
