This training discussed the problems regarding foreign investment. Of course, they were not only talking about the financial side but also about the law that will emerge from it. One of them is an investment dispute. International investment disputes can be resolved through various means, including arbitration.
In line with the discussion on investment disputes, of course, it must also discuss and understand the execution of arbitral awards, including asset recovery. Asset Recovery is a particular discussion because the recovery is not only carried out on the execution of arbitral awards but also includes court decisions on certain cases.
other than that, the goal of this training is to improve insight of Indonesian academics and officials of legal institutions in the area about International Investment Arbitration and Asset Recovery problem.
