FHUI Lecturer Contributed in ABLI Legal Convergence Series
The Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) published a compilation series of Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Asia. Dr. Yu Un Oppusunggu, Lecturer of FHUI, was one of the contributors who wrote about the recognition and implementation of foreign court decisions in Indonesia.
This compilation aims to encourage the convergence of law related to the recognition and implementation of foreign court decisions in 15 Asian and Australian countries.
