Examination Seminar on Court Decision by Center for Trade Competition and Policy Studies Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia
Center for Trade Competition and Policy Studies Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia (FHUI) held an Examination Seminar on Decision of State Administration Court No. 181/6/2017 / PTUN / JKT on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at S & T FHUI Room, UI Depok Campus.
The seminar invited leading speaker from each field, they were Sony Maulana Sikumbang, S.H., M.H. (Lecturer of Faculty of Law and Expert in Legislative Studies). Dian Puji Simatupang, S.H., M.H. (FHUI Lecturer and Expert in Public Finance Law); Adrian Rompis, S.H., M.H., BBA (Faculty of Law Universitas Padjadjaran and Expert in State Administrative Law).
The seminar concluded that the letter from the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) was in accordance with the provision of the existing Laws and Regulations, both based on Law No. 30 Year 2014 on Government Administration and ESDM Ministerial Regulation No. 06 Year 2016 and Good Governance Principles.
