Indonesia has not fully complied with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). In fact, Indonesia is one of the countries that benefit from the convention. Professor of International Law, University of Indonesia Prof. Hikmahanto Juwana, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D. said the work has not been completed after the international convention was ratified.
