Capacity Building Program Creates Togetherness among FHUI Education Personnel
Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia held a Capacity Building Program on September 29-30 2018 at Ancol Jakarta.
The activity was an annual event to increase intimacy, solidarity, and togetherness between FHUI Education Personnel and their families.
According to the Vice Dean of Education, Research and Student Affairs Dr. R. Ismala Dewi, SH, MH said that in addition to strengthening friendship, this activity also became a forum to jointly align the vision and mission and the achievements that will be achieved together in the future.
The Vice Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs Dr. R. Ismala Dewi, SH, MH expected that the Education Personnel after participating in this activity can improve their performance to be more effective and efficient.
After this Capacity Building Program, religious discussion groups will also be reactivated as it was previously.
The Vice Dean for Resources, Venture & Public Administration Parulian Paidi Aritonang, SH, LL.M., MPP. added that all this time cooperation between fields was still compartmentalized according to each unit, for that Vice Dean for Resources, Venture & Public Administration Parulian Paidi Aritonang, SH, LL.M., MPP. expected that after this activity there will be no more differences in communication between units so that all units contribute to promoting FHUI.
