Workshop in Corporate Crime
The Center for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia in collaboration with Palappa Institute held a Workshop in “Corporate Crime” on Monday (30/07) to Tuesday (31/07) in Soekardono Room, FHUI Depok Campus.
This workshop invited notable speakers among them were Gandjar Laksmana Bonaprapta, S.H., M.H. (Criminal Law Expert), Dr. Yetty Komalasari Dewi, S.H., M.LI. (Corporate Law Expert), Prof. Dr. Surya Jaya, S.H., M. Hum (Supreme Court Judge), Narendra Jatna, S.H, LL.M. (State Attorney).
The workshop was opened by Vice Dean for Resources, Venture & General Administration, Parulian Paidi Aritonang, S.H., LL.M., MPP. The workshop raised the subtheme of Corporate Liability as the Subject of Law, Criminal Acts by Corporations and its Prevention Efforts, Prosecution of Criminal Acts Conducted by Corporations and Procedures for Handling of Criminal Cases of Corporations.
