Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia participated in UI Open House of International Undergraduate Program (Kelas Khusus Internasional—KKI) on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Auditorium IMERI Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia, UI Campus, Salemba at 09.00 to 15.00 WIB.
KKI UI Open House is an annual event that presents talk shows and exhibitions organized by Public Relations and KIP UI with 7 Faculties of KKI Program (Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Psychology, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, and Faculty of Economics and Business) to introduce KKI’s academic program, starting from admission, to learning and experience of college in UI as well as at Partner University.
In the talk show, FHUI presented the Head of the International Undergraduate Program Dr. Brian Amy Prastyo, S.H., M.L.I., LL.M.
In order to optimize the implementation and enforcement of legislation to regulate and bridge the needs of business transactions or activities, FHUI established the KKI Program. The program is specifically designed to educate students so that they have strong competence in international business law, and prepare them to have proficient skills in their role as legal professionals after they graduate. To support their studies, students will learn from our extensive and comprehensive collection of jurisprudence, legal theory, and practical skills training in contract preparation, negotiation, diplomacy as well as litigation skills in courts that are taught to students through moot-court simulations.
In this case, FHUI has cooperated with several universities, namely Universiteit Utrecht, University of Groningen, Universiteit Leiden, Kobe University, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, and National University of Singapore. As for the joint degree, FHUI cooperates with the University of Canberra.
