Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia (FHUI) organized The 3rd International Conference on Law and Governance (iClave) 2019 in Solo, 30-31 October 2019. Hundreds of law experts were attending this conference to discuss the topic “Legal Resilience in Community Networks: Challenges and Opportunities”. This topic was chosen to understand and share knowledge of academics, practicians and governments in seeking legal resilience that improves every field of law. Took place at Alana Hotel, Solo, 3rd iClave officially opened by the Dean of FHUI, Dr. Edmon Makarim, S.Kom., S.H., LL.M. Tuesday, (30/10/19).
This conference inviting speakers from Malaya University, University of Melbourne, Charles Darwin University, Privy ID and Indonesian National Police. This event was attended by 130 participants.
Besides Dr. Edmon Makarim, there are several speakers that invited t this conference. They are Abu Bakar Munir (Law Expert on ICT Law and Data Protection Law), David Price (Research encompasses the challenges faced by developing countries in establishing their own intellectual property protection regimes), Martin Moerings (Professor Emeritus of Criminology), and G.S. Bajpai (Head of Criminology & Victimology of Universitas Hukum Nasional, Delhi)
