Research Training and Support

 

This program is dedicated to support the faculty members or master/ doctoral students and to strengthen them in terms of conducting a research related to their study. The DRC will give Research Scholarship for faculty members who study at Doctoral Degree. The DRC will also provide series of training of selected topics such as Introduction and a session on

  • Research Networking
  • How to study in master and Phd degree
  • How to conduct an empirical research or normative research
  • How to use statistics in research, etc.

CCLS or LKHP objective is to study and develop the civil law areas in Indonesia. It works on research areas generally on property law, contract law, and tort law. It can manages research related to insurance, maritime/private aspect of law of the sea, secured transaction, and consumers protection. One of the major research challenge faced by the researchers in CCLS or LKHP is to modernize the Indonesia’s civil law code book that has existed since hundred of years a go.
