Newsflash

CCLS or LKHP objective is to study and develop the civil law areas in Indonesia. It works on research areas generally on property law, contract law, and tort law. It can manages research related to insurance, maritime/private aspect of law of the sea, secured transaction, and consumers protection. One of the major research challenge faced by the researchers in CCLS or LKHP is to modernize the Indonesia’s civil law code book that has existed since hundred of years a go.
